My experience with Group Rate Electricity has been excellent. I have used this company for three years, and I have no complaints. It is very easy to get in touch with someone if I have a question about my service. Customer Service is prompt and professional and very accommodating.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
