Group Rate Electricity guarantees you the lowest electric rate. If we do not save you money, we do not get paid, and we will refund 100% of your money paid to Group Rate Electricity.
We will never make a recommendation unless it is financially beneficial and saves you money. This guarantee is based on our commitment to providing the best electric rate management.
If you find a lower rate within three (3) calendar days of joining Group Rate Electricity and you provide us a copy of your enrollment confirmation, we will refund 100% of your money paid to Group Rate Electricity.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
