2. The Membership Fee for home using over 40,000 kWh/yr is 30% of the annual Net Saving, prepaid twice yearly with credit card.

3. The Membership Fee for business using under 50,000 kWh/yr is $517 yearly, prepaid with credit card.

4. The Membership Fee for business using over 50,000 kWh/yr is 30% of the annual Net Saving, prepaid yearly with credit card.

5. The Membership Fee is paid back by savings within 3 months.
