Compensation Plan

1. Full-Time may earn $78,000 to 156,000+ per year of personal sale and $250,000+ per year of team sale override and residual.

2. Part-Time may earn $15600 to $31,200 per year of personal sale and $250,000+ per year of team sale override and residual.

3. Earn Residential Sale + Commercial Sale + Team Sale + Residual

4. Must have 5 Personal Sales per month to remain ACTIVE.

5. Team Leader Qualification: Must have 60 Personal Sales and help recruit 3 new agents for upline Team Leader.

6. This is NOT Multi Level Marketing (MLM).

7. NO Startup Fee.

8. Pay weekly.

9. COMMISSION ONLY.

10. The first three Residential Personal Sales or the first Commercial Personal Sale is used to pay for the $199 Startup Fee.

11. A $19 GRE Operation Fee is deducted from the weekly commission check (only applies if commission check is issued).

12. Residential Personal Sale:

– All sales pay 70% of the Membership Fee (minimum $150) and 10% residual of the Membership Fee each at renewal (minimum $20).

13. Residential Team Sale:

– All sales pay 10% of the Membership Fee (minimum $20) and 10% residual of the Membership Fee each at renewal (minimum $20).

14. Commercial Personal Sale:

– All sales pay 70% of the Membership Fee (minimum $400) and 10% residual of the Membership Fee each at renewal (minimum $50).

15. Commercial Team Sale:

– All sales pay 10% of the Membership Fee (minimum $50) and 10% residual of the Membership Fee each at renewal (minimum $50).
