Yes there is the hassle of switches, but Yusuf alerted me in a timely manner, handled it, and so far over the last 2 years, the switches and transitions were smooth and glitch free. I know I saved significant money (40% reduction) after I switched to Group Rate Electricity as well. Very happy and promote the company and business model at any opportunity.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
