Have only been with them for about 6 months. While the switching around could cause distress for many I found their help with understanding their program to be very good. Emails are answered quickly and the phone calls do not leave you hanging on the line for any time at all. I’m very happy with the reduction in expense and would never go back to the previous provider who ripped me off big time when my husband was dying in the hospital. I was out of my house for 6 weeks and they upped my rates to the top tier. Even tho’ I had been using them for over 15 years, they treated me rudely, and would not reduce my bill. It gave me great pleasure to tell them where they could stick their business. I’ll never go back to using Reliant.
