Group Rate seems to always get me a good rate that’s much lower than my friends. Some of them would love to use Group Rate but are tied to the provider their HOA uses. Group Rate even helped me when one of the providers we were signed on with allowed for a double payment we made in error and they delayed in getting us a refund for the duplicate payment.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
