I have been a member of Group Rate Electricity for over 3 years. Power companies require such vigilance and constant monitoring, and my bills were astronomical. No sooner I changed, that they would more than double my rate. Moreover, the so called “errors” were a monthly event. I believe that they rely on the ignorance and inability of consumers to monitor them in order for them to take advantage of the situation. I haven’t had those problems since I signed on with Mr. ***** and his group. They monitor my rates and are constantly negotiating for a better one. on numerous times they have found “errors” on my charges and when I saw some glaring change, after alerting them it was handled, courteously, expeditiously, and effectively. I would, and have, recommend Group Rate Electricity to friends and to anyone who wants a little peace of mind and especially those who, like us, are on a tight budget.
