I found group rate electricity 6 or 7 years ago when I had just came off a 7cent contract with reliant and had broken my leg and couldn’t work. My bills were piling up and I thought I’d better open them up and see how far behind I was getting. To my surprise my electric bill was 614. It had jumped up to 13.9 the no contract amount.
