I moved back to Texas from Tennessee in September 1999 and purchased a home in July 2020. My initial electric bill gave me heart palpitations. The transition from previous power provider was very easy and quick. To my surprise my bill was cut in half the very first billing cycle and has remained acceptable ever since.. * Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
