I have nothing but good things to say about our provider. It has been more than 5 years since we started our relationship. From the first day they were able to reduce our bill by at least half. We are notified timely about changes. I had an issues with my credit card and they were very understanding without interruption in service. Have referred them to several of my friends.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
