Have only been with Group Rate Electricity of Richardson, TX for a few months and do not have a long term trend as of yet. So far, they have met all expectations. Communication and service has been excellent with no questions. Their quoted rates have so far cut my monthly electric bill down by about half of what it was. Very satisfied with their expertise so far.
* Residential Rate is all-inclusive (includes energy, transmission, delivery charges) at fixed rate and fixed term at 2,000 kWh/mth. The Residential Rate can change to reflect actual price changes that are allowed by Public Utility Commission rules due to changes in law or regulatory charges.
** Business Rate is not all-inclusive (includes energy charge only) at fixed rate and fixed term at 3,500 kWh/mth for small business. Business Rate for medium/large business is lower and require custom quote.
